In managing human resources, the Group ensures professional development, occupational health andsafety, and the right work-life balance. We ensure equal opportunities for employees, regardless of personalcircumstances, which is also one of the principles of Telekom Slovenije’s governance policy.

Highlights in 2014

  1. The number of employees fell by 3%.
  2. The average assessment of the organisational climate at theTelekom Slovenije Group level was down by 0.04 points, while theassessment of employee satisfaction was down by 0.05 points.
  3. The number of workplace injuries was down 18% in 2014 relative
    to the previous year.
